Pollination came about as an experiment mixing the figurative and more abstract elements of design. The girl's dress is made up of shapes and textures from the Knotweed Pollen Cell.
She's been layered and embroidered, cut away and had other textiles added to her. Parts of her have been padded slightly to give some dimension.
